Principal Letter

Mesa Robles School is very fortunate to have wonderful students and families.  Not only do our boys and girls excel in academics, but they also compete at high levels in music, sports, and science.

Almost 200 students participate in one of our three bands or choirs.  Our musical Mustangs compete in numerous competitions, perform at Knott’s Berry Farm and Disneyland, as well as traveling to San Francisco to share their musical talents.  Our yearly Talent Show is a showcase of our young prodigies.

Mesa’s athletically inclined students participate in our many sporting programs including football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, softball, cross country, and intramural sports.  Mesa excels in all areas, but most of all learn the importance of being a team player and displaying good sportsmanship.

We also have a Robotics Team and Science Olympiad teams in elementary and middle school.  Students willingly put in numerous hours studying and preparing for competitions.  In 2017-18, our elementary Science Olympiad Team were awarded silver medals at Occidental College and our middle school team placed first in Regionals, allowing them to compete in State Competition at Cal Tech in Pasadena.

Our school offers opportunities for students to join a variety of clubs and electives including ASB, WEB (Where Everyone Belongs), Pub (Publishing), STEAM, Media Tech, Chinese, Art, Speech and Debate, Choir, Music Appreciation and Band.  We believe that students need a well-rounded experience to help build life skills.

We encourage students to get involved in school activities and take advantage of the numerous opportunities offered at Mesa.  Go Mustangs!
