Bullying/Cyber Bullying

Bullying is an unwelcome verbal, written, or physical conduct directed at a student by another student. Bullying is:

1)  The intentional victimization over time that causes injury, discomfort, fear, and suffering to the victim (Persistent)

2)  An imbalance of power between the bully and the victim, which often appears as different emotional tones (Dominant)

3)  Aggressive behavior that can lead to greater and prolonged violent behavior by the bully and/or victim (Aggressive).
